#IRAS LAUNCH IN KAPCHORWA

The Senior Finance Analyst at Local Government Finance Commission Ms Priscilla Asiimire has Launched the Intergrated Revenue Administration system (IRAS) in Kapchorwa District.

The Project targets to improve Local Revenue Mobilization strategies and generation.
They plan to get back to the District and train the District Team and get the business registers automated.

The function took place at Kok Hall was organized by the Local Government Finance Commission.
It was officially opened by CAO Mr Mussa Ismal Onzu who urged the participants to offer timely & quality service to citizens so as to realize high Local Revenue collection.

In attendance were the LCV representative, CFO ,Accountants Town Clerk/Sub-County Chiefs, Town Agents/ Parish Chiefs in the District.
