Deputy CAO Madam Irene bids farewell to Kapchorwa DLG - Mr. Lokope is welcomed

Kapchorwa DLG received a new Deputy Chief Administrative Officer Mr Stephen Lokope from Kotido District.
He has taken over from Ms Irene Chelangat Kapsawani who only served two months after promotion as Deputy CAO at same station.

She has been the Acting DCAO since 2021 and substantive PAS for many years in more than 15 yearsjourney while serving Kapchorwa DLG .
She is now moving to Oyam District as the Deputy CAO.

The ceremony was graced by the RDC Mr Lotem T. Linus, LCV Chairperson Hon Chebet K. Evelyn, CAO Mr Mussa Onzu Ismal, Deputy RDC Mr Martin Sakajja, all Heads of departments , Heads of Sectors among other staff at Kokhall Kapchorwa.

There after, the Incoming Deputy CAO & Madam Irene the Outgoing Deputy CAO was accompanied by her husband Mr Musani Ali & Family hosted to a sumptuous dinner at Noah's Ark Hotel together with Staff of the District Local Government.
